A company should be added — if you know a licensed Nevada tow company that isn't listed yet
You believe you were treated unfairly by a company listed here — we can't resolve disputes directly, but we take this seriously and it factors into whether a listing stays up. For formal complaints, the Nevada Transportation Authority is the right regulatory channel.

We aim to review corrections and certificate discrepancies quickly, since accuracy is the core of what this site is for. New listing requests and claims take a bit longer, since we verify every submission against the NTA registry before anything goes live or changes.

If your question is about an active towing situation — your car has already been towed and you need help right now — this page won't get you a faster answer than calling the company directly or checking our Emergency Contacts page. We're not a dispatch service and can't intervene in an active tow.
